Jen considers herself a “Yoga facilitator”, always reminding students that their practice is their own and she is only a guide. Group classes incorporate breath work, postures and relaxation with attention to alignment, strength, flexibility and the mind body connection. With compassion and humor Jen encourages the student to enjoy the exploration of their own experience of yoga; it is different for each of us.
