Kripalu Yoga
What distinguishes Kripalu yoga from other types of yoga begins with its definition. Kripalu translated from Sanskrit means grace and compassion.
The practice begins by bringing awareness to the present moment and being fully focused on your body, breath, mind, and spirit. Kripalu yoga lets you to choose the intensity level of practice that is right for you and will allow you to maintain this sense of awareness throughout the session.
The practice will bring strength, balance, flexibility and energy to your body and your life.
Kripalu yoga is a means of physical emotional and spiritual transformation. Begin your yogic journey and see where it can take you!!


Thai Yoga Massage
Thai yoga massage is an ancient and traditional practice of compassionate healing.
Also called ‘lazy man’s yoga’, Thai Yoga is done on a thick floor mat and fully clothed. The receiver can completely relax while the practitioner puts them into various shapes and poses. The practitioner then uses leaning pressure, reflexology, compression, stretching and twisting to restore range of motion and open the flow of energy.
Your session will be specifically designed to fit your physical and energetic needs.


Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki is administered by 'laying on hands' and techniques such as this have been practiced for thousands of years. Reiki energy healing works with the flow of energy in the body to clear and blocks and realign the Chakra system. Reiki may seem simple, yet it is very powerful.

​Let Your Yoga Dance
Where Joy & Fun meet Deep & Sacred. Let your yoga dance is a joy-based transformational movement practice. It is a dance through he body's energy system, the Chakras. The practice brings together gentle moving yoga, user-friendly dance, Qigong, meditation in motion, dance prayers, moving yoga cool down and relaxation. Together we explore playful expressive movements that lift the spirit, raise self-awareness, and invoke joy. We bring yoga off the mat, combining Indian and Chinese Yoga, the breath, and fabulous music from around the world.

60 minutes: $85
90 minutes:$108
all prices are 1 person, per session. add $10 for each additional person.
